Summary of Fees

FEES TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE

We require that Collection and Reserve Fees (listed below) be paid in advance. We may at our discretion allow for these fees to be deducted from your total earnings at the end of the auction.

Collection fees

We will quote the collection fee prior to the collection date. Standard rate charged for collection is £15 per person per hour including total travelling time.

Reserve fees

If you wish to apply a reserve to your item a £10 reserve fee will apply. We may at our discretion allow for these fees to be deducted from your total earnings at the end of the auction.

In Situ Listing fee

where we have to send our photographer to your premises to prepare the listing there is a
charge of £35 per visit in Tayside. Outside of the Tayside area please contact us for quote. 

STANDARD FEES

Your sales price for an item is the Net Sales Value. We deduct the following fees prior to payment:
Commission on sale fees - One third of Net Sales Value of each item upto £500. Net Sales Values over £500 an additional 1 tenth of Net Sales Value will be deducted with a minimum commission fee of £10. 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Withdrawal fees

£25 per item withdrawn from selling during the sales process where we have not already committed to a buyer

Fault not declared

Item withdrawal fee will occur plus associated costs (including outwards and return shipping charges if applicable)

MINIMUM NET SALE AMOUNT

We will assess all items prior to sale and may deem them unsaleable if we believe they will not achieve a Net Sale Value of £25. Our minimum commission per item is £10.

We do not control the final Sale price of the item and we cannot do any more than estimate based on previous sales of the same or similar items. We do not guarantee that any item will sell for this amount or greater.
