You are always welcome to arrange your own courier or removals firm to drop items in to us.
If you prefer we can quote for collection. We have a wide range of collection options available, and prices will depend on exactly what needs collecting and from where -- from just £10 for DHL to collect a box anywhere in the UK to sending our team down to collect the items from you (in the Tayside area only).
For selling your item we charge one third of Net Sales Value of each item upto £500. Net Sales Values over £500 an additional 1 tenth of Net Sales Value will be deducted with a minimum commission fee of £10.
The Net Sales Value is what your item sells for and takes into account all the eBay and Paypal fees so there is nothing else to pay. So if your item sells for £1,000, you will get £783.
We have a minimum sales value of £25 and minimum commission of £10.

Whilst we are selling your items we store them for free in our secure and insured warehouse. If we dont think any of your items will sell, we will let you know and you can either decide to have it back or we will dispose of it safely.
